To All UK Citizens

For all UK citizens, here is a link to a petition on the government's website. It is to get Poker recognized as a prescribed game in the UK Gaming act. This will allow it to be played outside of licensed casinos, in other card rooms for example.

  • If poker becomes a proscribed game does that mean it's a game of skill and therefore any winnings subject to income tax...!?

  • My thoughts exactly. We don't want poker winnings to be taxed. We need poker to remain classified as gambling.
